Obituary for David Samuel Markle David S. Markle Age 74, formerly of Canonsburg, passed away on Tuesday, October 16, 2018. Beloved husband of 12 years to June (Covey) Markle; loving father of Cheryl (Don) Andrews and David (Noelle) Markle; step-father of Sherri (Ron) Mangone, Dan (Kris) Nemet, Amy (Fred) Wigginton and the late Andrew Nemet, Jr.; grandfather of Donny Andrews, Rachel (Billy Buecker) Andrews, Hailey and Lauren Markle; step-grandfather of Michael Andrews, Matt and Zac Hinderhofer, Robert (Angie) Mauro, Elliott Bayer, John and Kayla Staus, Todd and Josh Nemet, ;step-great-grandfather to Nixon Andrews and William and Natalia Mauro; brother of Elizabeth Kovic and the late Richard Stevenson and William (Patricia) Markle; and son of the late William Markle and Edith Stevenson. David was born in Canonsburg on January 26, 1944.
He served in the Marine Corps and worked as a welder at Hankison Corp. David also enjoyed summers in East Brady with his wife. At David’s request, there will be no visitation or services.
