She was born September 9, 1956 in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of Lupin R. Vargas of Glendale, CA and the late Patricia (Vasquez) Vargas. Debra married her beloved companion of 38 years, Harry Ramirez, on August 19, 2000.

Harry survives at home.
