Debra’s Obituary Debra Brown was giving life on July 27, 1958 to the late parents of Raymond Smith and Thelma Brown. She was born and raised in Fort Pierce, Florida. Where she worked for the school board and eventually became a rounds man at (ILA).

To many around town she was known as “the conch fitter lady”. Her passion for cooking was undeniable Debra was a hard-working, outspoken, self-driven individual. She loved to have fun, joke, talk smack and spend time with others.

Debra took pride in taking responsibility of any situation. She would help anyone. She could no matter the circumstance and she never expected anything in return.

Debra was the give that held everything together. She was strong and fought long as she could. On January 24, 2019.

God called his child home. She was preceded in death by her parents: Raymond and Tlelma Louise Brown, grandfathers: Willie Baker and Malcom Smith, grandmothers: Mildred Baker and Georgia Anne Rolle. She leaves behind a legacy of love to be cherished and remembered with Brothers: Samuel Rudolph (Saintilia) Owens and James (Dorothy) Miller, Sisters: Melissa Brown (Jermie Gains).

Latasha Brown, Doreatha Brown, Betty (Howard) Lurry, Betty K. Smith and Regina Smith, Nieces: Brittany, Nyree, Nubrittan, Danyja, Crystal, Alayja, Jamyia, Jachnyne, and Jacquaneisha, Nephews: Kenny, Telly, Success, Jacques, Berson, Isaiah, and Damaurri. Uncle: Larry Baker and Aunt: Anna Bell Baker. A host of other relatives and friends that will miss her dearly.
