Obituary for Debra Lynn Ottinger Debra Lynn Ottinger, 63 year old resident of Rogers, Arkansas, died on April 17, 2018 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers. Born on September 22, 1954 in Memphis, Tennessee, she was the daughter of John Mansfield and Naomi Irene O’Neal Mansfield. She married Barry Ottinger in Camden, Arkansas.

They moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1993. Debra worked as a certified nursing assistant at many area nursing homes. She was an ordained minister with the Salvation Army.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Barry Ottinger; two children, Rebecca Gail Hornick and Joshua Neil Hornick; and a sister, Linda. She is survived by four children: Amber Linton and husband Brandon of Denver, Colorado, George Hornick of Rogers, Arkansas, Kim Banks and husband Daryl of Jay, Oklahoma, and William Ottinger and wife Jennifer of Hot Springs, Arkansas; seventeen grandchildren; one great grandchild; five sisters: Laura, Cassie, June, Suzette, and Fran; and one brother, Dee Don. Memorial services will be 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at Fayetteville National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
