Debrah Nygaard, 65, of Port Richey, FL passed away peacefully on Sunday January 21th, 2019. Debrah was born in Tunnel City, Wisconsin to Robert and Hazel Collett on October 12th, 1953. She was employed as a Legal Secretary for a law firm for many years.
