Delano was born to our late Mom Rita M. Browning-Henry on Friday, November 29, 1968 in Whiteriver, AZ. Delano entered eternal rest on Saturday, December 8, 2018 in Whiteriver, AZ.

Delano lived at 5th North Kessay Street and River Road, below Jack’s Trading Post, the first years of his life until September 1976. Then the family moved to Dark Shadows where he lived until 1989, when our Mom got a new home. So they moved back to 5th North Kessay Street where Delano lived on and off.

He always had his own room at Mom’s, where he lived the remainder of his life until December 8, 2018. Delano attended Whiteriver Elementary, Jr. High and Alchesay High School. Delano worked various jobs including working for the WMAT and he was with the SWFF Crew-Forestry.

Delano was a very serious bookworm, when he started reading. He didn’t want to be bothered. So at times, just to be alone, he would sit by the river or anyplace just to read and not be disturbed.

His favorite authors were Louie L’Amour, Dean Koontz and Steven King. Delano was a big fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and always let us know who they were! Today our hearts are broken and the day we dreaded.

Our world has once again been turned upside down. Brother, you never said you were leaving now. One day meant another so many years from now.

But yet on that morning when you walked out the door, you said you would be back… But, yet you left us without a hug or a goodbye. We never wanted you to leave us, but yet now you’re gone. A step beyond!

How are we gonna live without you now? What are we supposed to do? You were our world, Our Brother.

You were the happiness in our lives… Life will be empty without you, and our hearts will never be the complete again. For you we must go on… For you would have wanted that…We know in our hearts you loved us so much, because you always told us and you’ll forever hold our love as we hold yours in ours… Letting you go will be the hardest, but we know that we have to! We will always love you and keep you close and you will never know how much we miss you now.

So, once again we must say goodbye…until we meet again… A Wake began on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 10:00 am at 5th North Kessay Street in Whiteriver, AZ. The Funeral will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the North Fork Miracle Church. Interment will be at the Whiteriver Cemetery in Whiteriver.
