OBITUARY Della Marie Cole February 21, 1922 – November 15, 2018 Della Marie Cole, age 96, of Englewood, Colorado passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2018. Della was born February 21, 1922 in Stuttgart, Kansas to Barbara Hoffman and Adam Weinman. Della married the love of her life and husband of 63 years, Eugene Lee Cole, in Stockton, Kansas in 1942.

The couple had three children. Della enjoyed sewing, was an avid reader, and loved traveling and camping with her husband before his passing in 2005. A hardworking housewife extraordinaire, she was an excellent cook and made the best baked goods.

Della was a caring and ever-loving wife, mother, and grandmother and was known for her sweet friendliness by all who had the honor of knowing her. Della is preceded in death by her husband; her son-in-law, Eldon “Butch” Miller; her daughter-in-law, Mickie Cole; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren. She is survived by her three children, Beverly Miller, Howard Cole, and Shryel Cole; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6601 S Colorado Blvd, Centennial, Colorado 80121, with a Funeral Service beginning at 2:00 pm. Della will be laid to rest at Olinger Chapel Hill Cemetery, the same day. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in Della’s name to the American Cancer Society or the cancer research organization of your choosing.

FAMILY Barbara Hoffman and Adam Weinman, Parents Eugene Lee Cole, Husband Eldon “Butch” Miller, Son-in-law Mickie Cole, Daughter-in-law Beverly Miller, Daughter Howard Cole, Son Shryel Cole, Daughter Mrs. Cole is also preceded in death by one grandchild and two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
