Delma’s Obituary Delma Ray Foley, 91, of Port Arthur passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas. A native of Waco, Texas and a longtime resident of Nederland/ Port Arthur. He retired from Texaco as an insulator after 40 years of service.

He served in the United States Army Air Corp. Delma was a member of Central Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his two sons, Alan and Thomas and his wife, Elvina Foley.

He is survived by his four daughters, Patti Cokins of Friendswood, Linda Foley, Betty Vigeon and Donna Foley all of Port Arthur, eight grandchildren and eighten great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Friday, March 22, 2019 from Noon till 2:00 PM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves. Service to honor Delma’s life will be celebrated at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with burial to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
