She was born May 24, 1945 in Altheimer, AR. She attended the Historic Langston High School.

Delores worked many years for Garland Nursing & Rehab Center and the Oaklawn Jockey Club. She was a former member of Union Baptist Church and was a member of St. Thomas Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Martha Battles Early.

Survivors include her children, Tina Cleveland, Napoleon (Beth) Thomas, Jessie Burns, Jr., Jeremy Burns, Tremekia (Marlon) Briggs, LaShika Richmond, Santanna (Antonio) Ware and Kila (Antwon) Berry; her siblings, Arma Gean Riddley, Willie Mae Foxworth, Robert Early, Michael “Mack” Early and Randy Early; a host of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Funeral service will be 11:00 am Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Union Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Crestview Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5:00 – 6:30 pm Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at the funeral home. The family will be at 123 Ranch Street. Guest registry is at www.
