Delores Verneice Cook November 17, 1929 – March 20, 2019 Delores Verniece Cook, 89, died March 20, 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She worked for 30 plus years at White Stag a garment factory and the Foster Grandmother Program at Marshall Elementary in Checotah, Oklahoma. She was a longtime member of the Church of Christ in Checotah, Oklahoma.

Delores was preceded in death by her husband, James Marshall Cook; Grandson, Harold Wesley Cook; and siblings, Ray Osborn, Melba Markos, Cecil Osborn, and Charles Osborn. She is survived by her children, Harold Cook, Barbara Hughes; sister, Wilma Brewer; grandchildren, Phillip Hughes, Brian Hughes, Sarah Orr, Jennifer Brown, Douglas Cook and 11 great-grandchildren.
