OBITUARY Demetra Hajimihalis October 23, 1923 – January 19, 2019 Play Tribute Movie Demetra Hajimihalis, 95, passed away on January 19, 2019; loving wife of the late Dimetrius “Danny” Hajimihalis; beloved mother of Alec Hajimihalis and his wife Voula, Stephanie Sourlis and her husband Peter, Stella Jenkins and her husband Larry, and Gus Hajimihalis; dear sister of the late George Makris; cherished grandmother of Dimitri, Peter, and Nikolas Hajimihalis, Demitra Sourlis Farha and her husband Redmond, George Sourlis and his wife Micah, Sophia Sourlis, Christian and Daniel Jenkins, and Demitra Hajimihalis. The family will receive friends at the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc., 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road) Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Sunday, January 27, 2019 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with a Trisagion Service held at 7:00 pm. Mrs. Hajimihalis will lie-in-repose at the Cemetery Chapel of the Resurrection at the Greek Orthodox Cemetery, 5917 Windsor Mill Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21207 on Monday, January 28, 2019 from 9:30 am to 10:00 am after which a service will begin at 10:00 am.

Interment in the Greek Orthodox Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed in Mrs. Hajimihalis’s memory to the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation, 24 W. Preston Street Baltimore, Maryland 21201.
