Dennis “ Denny” G. Moore, 80, of Elkhorn, WI died at his residence Sunday December 23, 2018. He was born October 13, 1938 in Richland Center, WI the son of the late George and Mary (Tormey) Moore. He was united in marriage to Nancy Jane Nee at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Richland Center on January 28, 1961.

She died March 20, 1989. On February 10, 2017 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church Elkhorn, WI he was united in marriage to Kathleen S. Truesdale. Dennis worked as a civil engineer employed for over 20 years with Zenith Tech of Waukesha, WI retiring in 2010.

He was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church of Elkhorn, WI, he enjoyed gardening, was an outstanding cook and baker. He and his buddies got together for many years for lunch. They called themselves the “Friday Lunch Bunch”.

Dennis is survived by his wife, Kathy, two daughters, Barbara (Patricia) Moore of Wauwatosa, WI and Karen Frohwirth of Sus, WI, three step-children: Kelly (Sandra) Truesdale, Kris (Denny) Mohr and Eric (Cheryl) Truesdale all of Elkhorn, WI, a grandson James Frohwirth and nine step-grandchildren, one brother; Gerald (Marla) Moore of Davenport, IA and a sister; Jane (Joe) Gilbertson of Mesa, AZ. Dennis was preceded in death by his first wife, Nancy and a son: Gregory J. Moore. Memorial Mass will be held 10:30 AM Friday December 28, 2018 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church 107 W. Walworth St. Elkhorn, WI with Father Oriol Regales officiating.
