Derek Thomas Czmut, 48, of Mason, NH, passed away suddenly due to complications of heart problems, at his home surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday, January 31, 2019. He was born on September 14, 1970, in Boston, MA, the son of Walter J. Czmut Jr and Karen E. Brooks. Derek had owned his own business DTC Crosswire for a number of years.

He and his loving wife Jennifer (DuPont) Czmut were married on July 9, 1999. He absolutely adored his English Mastiff puppy, Roscoe.
