OBITUARY Devin Christopher Ezzell August 3, 1985 – January 29, 2019 COLUMBIA – With deepest sorrow, we announce that Devin Christopher Ezzell, age 33, our most beloved son, brother, grandson, family member, and friend went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 while in Palmetto Baptist Medical Center. Those who knew Devin, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives. Devin will be missed everyday by his Mother, Davida; his Father, Jay; brothers, Damien, Darien and Jason; sisters, Davida Ann (James) and Dorothy; his Grandparents, Sandra Spearman and Millie Norton, nieces and nephews, Cole, Savannah, and others, his caregivers, and many other family and friends.

We know Devin is now with both his Popa Onley and Papa Norton, Great Aunts and Great Uncles and is loved here on earth as well as in heaven. Devin was born on August 3, 1985 in Sarasota, Florida. He aspired to become an emergency responder to help save lives and save people from hurt.

Devin’s dreams have now come true, as he is with the Lord in Heaven, where everyone around him is safe and free from any hurt. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Chapin Baptist Church. The family is accepting flowers at the funeral home.
