Mrs. Diane Halstead passed away peacefully at the Billings Clinic on Friday, July 6, 2018. She was 75. Funeral services are planned for Friday, July 13, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Powell.

Burial will take place at 1:00 p.m. at Crown Hill Cemetery, following the luncheon reception. A full obituary will follow.
