Obituary for Diane R. Orme Orme, Diane Robertson Age 81 Of St. Lucie Village, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 27, 2018. She was born on March 2, 1937 to the late William Fredrick Cox and Adelle Imogene Manion in Miami, Florida. Raised in Miami, she was a graduate of Edison High School in 1955.

She was a Master gardener, and member of Garden Club of Ft. Pierce from 2006-2018. During that time she held the position of 2nd Vice President from 2011-2013 and 1st Vice President from 2011-2013 and 2013-2016.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church. Her proudest accomplishment was St. Lucie Village Town Clerk for 24 years. Diane was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grand Mother.

A true Floridian, proud of her Southern Roots. She is survived by her daughter Robin R. Longstreet (James) of Ft. Pierce, Fl.

, Sons Donnie C. Robertson (Clare) of Normangee, Texas and Darren L. Robertson (Alana) of Ft. Pierce, FL. Five Grandchildren and Five Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Orme, her sister Barbara Halbert, T.L. Sloan and her loyal dog Penny. The celebration of Diane’s life will be held at St. Lucie Village School House, 2501 Old Dixie Highway, Ft. Pierce, FL 34946 on January 12, 2019 from 1:00 – 4:00 PM.
