Obituary for Dianne L. Runkel Dianne L. Runkel, 65, of Fredericksburg, passed away on Monday, June 4, 2018, at the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of the late David M. Runkel. Born in Lebanon on March 13, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Hiram and Pauline Doyle Walker.

For over 20 years she had worked for Bell & Evans as a Supervisor and in Quality Control. She enjoyed going to their cabin in Potter County and especially spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her sons David L. Runkel of Frystown and Brian S. Runkel of Fredericksburg; sister Ruth Tobias of Fredericksburg; half-brother Paul Prys of KY; half-sister Anna “Polly” Prys of Lebanon and grandchildren Sydney, Dawson, Kendall, Steven and Gwendolyn.
