Obituary of Dianne Bandith Dianne Bandith, age 69, of Oxford passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Yale New Haven Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born in Vientaine, Laos on August 20, 1949, she was a daughter of the late Phongkeo and Themchai Bandith. Prior to having her own children, Dianne had worked as a nurse’s aide and also cared for other children as a nanny for many years.

She enjoyed cooking and was well known for her ability to make exceptional desserts. She was a beautiful woman both inside and out and was honored with having won several beauty pageants. Her greatest enjoyment was found in the time she spent with her family and cherished grandchildren.

She had a very outgoing personality and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Survivors include her children, Sonephet Bandith of Oxford, Pete Bandith and his wife Linda of Seymour, Pandy Bandith and her husband Saki York of Oxford and King Phenguath and his wife Stacey of Seymour, her five cherished grandchildren, Aiden, Ethan, Aristotle, Persephone and Ariya as well as her niece, Rita Khongmany and nephew Richard Khongmany and their children, Celine and Leilani. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd.

, Trumbull. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Friends may greet the family on Friday, March 22, 2019 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
