Dimple’s Obituary Dimple L. Krout 100, of Findlay, Ohio passed away Friday, May 17, 2019. Dimple was born in Houcktown, Ohio to the late James and Emma (Essinger) Longbrake. She married the love of her life Warren R. Krout on March 31, 1938 and he preceded her in death on February 14, 1993.

Dimple is survived by her children: Jane (Nelson) Conley of Forest, Thomas (Barb) Krout of Carey, Russ Krout of McComb, Warren DeWayne (Tammy Montgomery) Krout of Findlay and Jim (Jody Ewing) Krout of Arcadia; 9 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Beverly Jean Krout and two sisters Gertrude Watermeyer and Mary Harold. Dimple was a 1937 graduate of Arlington High School and was a member of the St. Marks United Methodist Church.

She worked for RCA retiring after 22 years of service. Dimple enjoyed playing a good game of dominos, working on her crossword puzzles and playing board games with her family and friends. Dimple made beautiful Afghans and was excellent at crocheting.

In her spare time, Dimple would enjoy reading a good book and working out in her garden. Visitation for Dimple will be on Monday, May 20, 2019 from 4:00 – 7:00PM in the HANNEMAN FUNERAL HOME, 201 Osborn Ave. , Findlay, Ohio 45840.

Dimple’s Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the funeral home, with Pastor Dan Metzger, officiating. Visitation will begin at 10 AM. Dimple will be reunited with her beloved husband Warren and daughter Beverly in the Houcktown Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be gifted in Dimple’s honor to the church or the charity of the donors’ choice. Hanneman Funeral Home is honored to serve Dimple’s family and encourages those wishing to send a condolence or a fond memory to visit www.
