Obituary for Dixie Ann Cole Dixie Ann Cole, 84, of Des Arc, MO, passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at her residence. She was born June 8, 1934, to parents John and Martha (Osborn) Miller, at Russell, AR. In April 1977, she was united in marriage to Charles Cole Sr., and he preceded in death in 2007.

Dixie was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. She truly enjoyed her family, especially her grandchildren. Through the years Dixie had worked in nursing homes and was a certified nurses assistant.

She was of the Baptist faith and had past attended White Hollow Church near Clubb. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. She is survived by her children: Robert Dudley of St. Louis, MO, James “Rick” Dudley and wife Judy of Des Arc, MO, and Charles Cole Jr., of Fenton, MO; fourteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by brothers: Elvis Ellis, Johnny Ellis, Leonard Ellis, David Ellis, Amos “JC” Miller and Broce Miller; sisters: Ester Mann, Clara Mann, Blanche Dudley and Ida Mae Clark.
