Obituary for Dolan Lee Severn Dolan “G-Pa” Lee Severn, age 61, of Nixa, MO left this life early Sunday morning April 29 2018. Dolan was a wonderful man, son, brother, husband, father and an amazing grandfather. Dolan brought happiness to so many and the lives he has touched are endless.
From being a personal mechanic and handyman to his kids and grand-kids, to making daily life easier for his residents, he offered nothing but love and compassion to all. In times of happiness or times of sorrow he was always there for whoever needed him. He enjoyed many things in life, a good movie and some good old rock-n-roll was a good day for him.
His favorite days were spent floating down the river or rolling down the road on the bike, of course with his wife Arlene by his side. They were two peas in a pod! His occupations were many, as there was nothing he couldn’t do.
He put many miles on the road in the big truck and spent years making an easier road for many. He lit up the room wherever he went and his laugh would carry for miles. The reasons he will never be forgotten are countless.
Dolan is proceeded in death by his father R. Dolan Severn; his mother Alpha Mae Severn; daughter Wanda Kay Miles; Sister-in-law Mary Severn; two son-in-laws Jackie Gene Ballinger and Jeremiah Stephen Jackson.
