Born January 23, 1939 at Spokane to William Amsburry and Thelma Yokum Amsburry, Dolores was raised and educated in western Washington mainly in the Everett area. She had been a logging truck driver in her earlier years and later had operated a second hand store in Bonners Ferry and had also been a rural mail carrier.

She had been a resident of Bonners Ferry since 1973. Dolores had been a voracious reader, having a home library of over seven thousand books. Preceding her in death was her husband Lyle Webb and daughter Twila Bilby.

She is survived by her sons, Bill Clemons, Karl Clemons and Eric Clemons; her daughters, Roberta Johnson and Rolanda Schiller; her siblings, Roy, Sharon, Fred and Jerry; 27 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
