Obituary for Dominik Cerwas Dominik Cerwas, 77, of Garfield, passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018. Dominik was born in Nowa Biala, Poland and emigrated to the United States in 1985, settling in Garfield. Dominik worked for Swepco Tube Corporation in Clifton for 20 years, retiring in 2003.

He was a parishioner at St. Stanislaus Kostka R.C. Church in Garfield and was the beloved husband of Zofia (Kas) Cerwas, of Garfield, devoted father of Thomas Cerwas and his wife, Jessica, of Garfield, Marek Cerwas and his wife, Lucyna, of Garfield, Andrzej Cerwas and his wife, Bozena, of Garfield, and Urszula and her husband, Stanislaw, of Clifton, dear brother of Jan Cerwas, Katarzyna Serdelova, Maria Servas and Elizbieta Kijowska, and loving grandfather of Joanne, Julia and Daniel.
