OBITUARY Don Anthony Roy November 13, 1961 – January 5, 2019 Don Anthony Roy entered peacefully into heaven on Saturday, January 5, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his longtime companion, Deborah Janssen of 10 years. A loving father of Daryl Anthony Roy (Megan), Darrin Joseph Roy (Vanessa), Ashley Roy Jones (Travis), step-children Melanie Janssen Williams (Blaine), and Jared Adam Janssen.

A proud grandfather of nine grandchildren. Son of the late Annie Dicket Roy and Martin Roy. Brother of Christopher Roy (Cathy) and Peggy Roy.

He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Don worked in the Oil and Gas Industry doing environmental safety and health for numerous years and later worked in private security. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, hunting, traveling, Scuba Diving, and mostly having fun with his family and friends.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expy. , Marrero, LA on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 1:00pm. Visitation starting at 10:00 am until Mass time.

Interment following in Holy Angels Cemetery, Waggaman, LA. Online condolences available at www. westsideleitzeagan.com.
