Donald C. Johnson, 83, passed away peacefully at home on March 27, 2019. He was a long time resident of Nanuet, born in Pearl River to Donald and Hester Johnson. He will be remembered for his quiet strength, his ability to fix anything and his unending love and support of his family.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 50 years Jean, his daughter Jennifer and son in law Tim and his daughter Christy and son in law Keith. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. His 7 grandchildren include Jessica, Jenna, Karalyn, Kassidy, Benjamin, Courtney and Chase.

He retired after 30 years service from Lederle Laboratories in Pearl River, NY where he worked as a machinist. He loved his family and spending time with family and friends camping. Viewing will be from 9-11 am on Saturday March 30th.

A Christian burial will follow at St. Anthony’s Church in Nanuet, NY at 11:15am.
