Obituary for Donald E. Bond Print Donald E. Bond, age 91 of Oak Lawn, IL, beloved husband for 75 years to Jean, nee Karas. Loving father of Donna (Cory) Tebbens, Linda (late Hank) DuBois, Mike (Sue) Bond, Trish (Phil) Nelson and the late Kris Bond. Cherished grandfather of Rob, Janine, Bill, Bob, Brittany, Tammy, Don, Russ, Glenn, Daniel, and Nicole.

Dear great-grandfather of Michelle, Jessica, Jared, Alec, Courtney, Sydney, Annie, Aubrey, Andrew, Rachel, Gabriel, Makayla, and the late Cory Ann. Dearest great-grandfather of Georgia. Fond brother of Joanne Dale and the late Carol Golden.

Don built his home in Oak Lawn about 70 years ago and is where he passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. Don started So Fresh Produce in 1964 for the National Tea Company and retired in 1990. With three partners he started Agrow Fresh Produce in 1991 where he worked and stayed active until his passing.

Don bought a summer home on Paw Paw Lake in September of 1974 and spent much of his time there with family and friends. Don also traveled in his motor home to many destinations all across the USA, Canada and Mexico. He had his first sky dive adventure in 2017 with his grandsons Bill and Daniel.

Relatives and friends are invited to meet at St. Germaine Church, 9711 S. Kolin Ave.
