Donald’s Obituary Donald Kay Bell was born December 19, 1946 and departed this life Sunday, May 12, 2019 reaching the age of 72 years. He was the son of the late Cecil and Doris Louise (Stephens) Bell. He is survived by: one sister, Terry Rigney; one brother, Ron Bell; and several nieces and nephews, Ronnie Lee Bell, Evette Bell, Steven Bell, Richelle Stillabower, Laura Nicholson, Jason Bell, Kristie Short, and Heather Vaughn; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Cecil and Doris Bell, he was preceded in death by: two brothers, Fred Bell and David Bell. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 between 11 am – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
