Obituary for Donald L. Black Black, Donald, of House Springs, Missouri was born September 14, 1934, in Black, Missouri, to Muriel (nee Black) Wood and entered into rest, Friday, November 30th, 2018 at the age of 84 years 2 months and 16 days. He is preceded in death by, his mother, Muriel Wood, Grandparents, General Jackson and Beulah Black, Stepfather, Loomis Wood. He is survived by, his wife, Barbara J. (nee Allen) Black, of House Springs, Missouri, (married October 1, 1954), two (2) children, Rhonda Politte, of House Springs, Missouri, and Rita (Craig) Sanderson, of House Springs, Missouri, three (3) grandchildren, Monica (Keith Hoffmann, Sr.) Wessbecher, Brandon (Abigail Torrence) Sanderson, Tiffany Sanderson, and many other family and friends.

Donald enjoyed gardening, camping and going to bluegrass shows. He had his pilot license and flew planes. Don and Barbara were married for 64 years.

Don will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation Monday, December 3, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, Missouri. Service Tuesday, December 4, 2018 10:00 a.m. at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY.
