Obituary for Donald L. Maslanka Donald L. Maslanka, age 86, of Wickliffe, passed away April 10, 2018. He was born in Cleveland, on April 5, 1932. He was a proud and loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

A tremendous loss is felt by all of those who were blessed to know him. Donald proudly served in the Army, 101st Infantry. His greatest joy and of pride was raising his children.

He was a man of faith and a long-time parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. He was a pitcher for the Eastlake Sunday League.

He volunteered at Lake Front Airport for the Cleveland Grand Prix. He also enjoyed the Opera. Donald is survived by his wife of 59 years, Doris Maslanka, children Don (Jane), Maria (Steve) Webster, Tom (Ketisu), Tina (Scott) Zebkar, Sue McBride (Scott Urbas), Wendy, Paul (Lisa), Phyllis (Brett) Wolever, Laura (Michael Connelly) and Joe (Barbara), 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, April 16, 2018 at 10am at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, 29850 Euclid Ave, Wickliffe. Visitation will be on Sunday, April 15, 2018 from 2 to 6pm at the Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd.
