Donald ‘Rocky” Jenkins Aug 5 1933- Dec 10 2018 Rocky was Senior Pastor of Full Gospel Ministry for 35 years. He served as Chaplain for all hospitals in the Ohio Valley, was a Director of the Steubenville Chapter of Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship International and a member of the “God Squad” for the Jefferson County Jail. Pastor Jenkins Received a Doctorate of Ministry from The New Covenant Christian Church (Word Emphasis Crusade, Inc).

He loved the Ministry and all of his Church Family. He emphasized that it was an Honor to serve in the community and be a good steward of Gods Kingdom. He is preceded in death by his wife Barbara, survived by his son Richard and daughter in law Paula, Grand children and Great Grand children.

Donald’s arrangements are in the care of the Clarke Funeral Home – Toronto and will be held at the convenience of his family. Condolences to the family at www.
