Donald Perry, 80, of Syracuse, passed away November 7, 2018 peacefully in his sleep. He was born in Rochester and retired from Thermopatch as a machinist operator in Syracuse, NY. He enjoyed the outdoors such as camping, fishing, and hiking with his family and friends.

His hobbies included NASCAR racing, playing darts, and bowling. He also loved being with and playing with his great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his late wife, Marilyn (Mickie Revette) Perry, and is survived by his current wife, Dawn E. (Kent) Perry; 3 sons, Donald N., Yancey R. and Jonathan T. Perry; He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 14 Great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The calling hours are Saturday Nov. 10th from 2 – 4PM in Sears Middleton Mathewson Funeral Home, 209 N. Main St., North Syracuse with a service to follow at 4pm. In Lieu of flowers, donations in Donald’s name can be made to the CNY Kidney Foundation, Upstate Cancer Center and Beit Chayim Temple.
