Donald Ray Looney, 68, a resident at the Samaritan Keep Nursing Home, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2019. Arrangements are with the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home. There will be no services.

It was his wishes to be cremated. Donald was born on November 13, 1950 in Ragland, Alabama, son of Carrie Mae Looney. He graduated from Jefferson Junior High School on January 27, 1967.

Following school he worked for GM Motors in Detroit, Michigan before entering the US Army on November 27, 1981. He was honorably discharged at Fort Drum on January 27, 1996. He continued to reside in Watertown where he worked for All Star Cab and retired from Yellow Cab as a driver.

Among his survivors are his long time companion, Angel and her two children, three brothers Willy, Harold, Thedeus, a sister Yvonne, and several nieces and nephews. Online condolences may be made at www.
