Donald Wesley Boyd Jr. passed away on January 16, 2019 and was born June 11th, 1952 in Bakersfield, Ca. He was the youngest of 3 children born to Donald Sr. and Mildred Boyd. He graduated from Kerman High School and attended Cuesta College.

He worked along side his father Cotton Ginning and later was in maintenance. He was preceded in death by his son Donnie Boyd III and his parents Donald Sr. and Mildred Boyd. He is survived by his wife Rita, daughters Stephanye Bowlan and Valerie Boyd, sisters Linda Fairchild and Donna Boyd, 9 grandchildren Keely, Jake, Brock, Delaney, Derek, Denaye, Daliea, Drayden, Deidra, 3 stepchildren Jonathon, Matthew and Ashley; 8 step-grandchildren Logan, Dusty, Tristan, Robert, Steven III, Savannah, Sean, Shane and 1 step-great grandchild Paisley.
