Obituary for Donald Gerth Donald W. Gerth, fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Thursday, April 12, 2018. He is survived by his sister Annette Heier, and brothers David Gerth and Roger Gerth. He was born on February 9, 1936 in Evansville, Indiana the son of Harold and Irene Gerth.

He graduated St. Louis University High School, the University of Notre Dame and Graduate School at Washington University. He will be missed by his family, 15 nieces and nephews, numerous grand nieces and grand nephews and his many friends. Don’s family will receive friends from 10:00 am until time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 am on Monday, April 16 at Christ, Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 415 Weidman Rd.

, Manchester, MO 63011. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made in his name to “Father Bob’s Outreach, St. Augustine Catholic Church 1371 Hamilton Ave.
