Donna Elizabeth Whitson Riley Berg, 62 of the Little Creek Community passed away Saturday May 4, 2019 at the Blue Ridge Regional Hospital. Born in Michigan, she was a daughter of the late Harley and Hazel Honeycutt Whitson. She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter Dora Elizabeth Ann (Liz) Huffman and a half brother James Whitson.

Surviving are her daughter Hope Huffman of Marion. Two grandchildren: William Huffman and Alexis Huffman of Burnsville. Two half sisters: Annette Greene and Rebecca Grindstaff of Burnsville.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 P.M. Wednesday in the Chapel of Holcombe Brothers Funeral Home. The Rev. Bill Mitchell will officiate.

Burial will be in the Lattie Honeycutt Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services. The family suggests memorials be made to Holcombe Brothers Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
