Donna Jelderks passed away February 4, 2019. Loving Daughter of Donald ( Cindy) Jelderks and Elvera Civinelli ( Rick). Birth Mother of Brittany Civinelli and Ashley Jelderks.

Grandmother of Richard and Serenity. Dear Sister of Jeremy Jelderks and step Sister of Bridget Eberhardt. Donna will be missed by her many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

May God hold her in the palm of His hand. Memorial visitation will be on Saturday, February 23, 2019 from 12 noon until time of service to Celebrate Donna’s life at 3 PM at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W.
