Donna M. Kovac age 81 of Level Green passed away on Friday March 8, 2019 in Concordia of Monroeville. She was born on March 16, 1937 in Turtle Creek the daughter of the late Joseph and Donna (Posavetz) Kovac. In addition to her parents Donna was preceded in death by her brother Joseph L. Kovac Jr. Donna is survived by her brother Louis D. Kovac (wife Sherylann) and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Monday from 5-8 PM in the John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home Inc. 702 7th St. (State Rt. 130) Trafford 412-372-3111. Funeral services and interment will be private in the Grandview Cemetery, N. Versailles.
