Donna R. Felter passed away unexpectedly Saturday in a local hospital. She was born in San Rafael and had called Benicia her home for the past 12 years. She worked for AAA for over 30 years before retiring in 2005.

Donna was an avid reader and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her son Jason (Jenni) Felter; brother Ray Rodrigues; her mother Mildred Rodrigues and her grandchildren Frankie & Nash Felter. She was preceded in death by her husband Steve Felter in 1982.
