Donnie Middleton, age 67 of Hardyville, KY, passed away Saturday, May 11, 2019, at his residence after an extended illness. He was the loving husband of Lisa Self Middleton and a devoted father and grandfather. He was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his wife, Donnie is survived by his daughter, Sandra Caldwell (Danny) of Cave City, KY; three grandchildren, Abbi, Kaylee, and Shelby Caldwell; and one sister, Debbie Richardson (Ricky) of Canmer, KY. Two nieces, Olivia Bush of Munfordville, KY, and Pam Davis of Glasgow, KY; and three nephews, David Middleton and Jacob Richardson of Canmer, KY, and Dewayne Middleton of Bardstown, KY, also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl Middleton and Margie Maulden Knight; one brother, Carl Middleton; one sister, Joyce Middleton; and one nephew, Steven Barbour.

Donnie requested immediate burial. After private family visitation, interment will be at Walters Community Cemetery in Munfordville, KY, on Sunday, May 12, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. Brooks Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements. Condolences may also be expressed online at www.
