Dora’s Obituary Dora Garcia Gomez, 79, passed away peacefully at her home with her family and friends on March 14, 2019. She was born on September 17, 1939 in Harlingen, TX. She is preceded in death by her beloved daughter Ida; her parents Eugenio and Mercedes Garcia; her sister Olga McCarron; her brothers Arnold Garcia, Eugene Garcia, Henry Garcia, Reynaldo (Ray) Garcia, Albert Garcia, Rolando Garcia, and Noe Garcia.

She will be deeply missed by her devoted husband of 58 years, Jose G. Gomez and children: Sylvia Gomez (David) Barrera, Grabiel Gomez (Bertha Elizondo), Sarah G. (Paul) Caudillo, Isabel G. (Victor) Enrique and grandson, Ethan Matthew Enrique. She is also survived by her sisters Irma Aleman of Rancho Cucamonga, CA. , Mary Alice Pedregon of West Covina, CA, and her brothers David Garcia of Corpus Christi, TX, Robert Garcia of Leander, TX, and Lionel Garcia of San Bernadino, CA.

; and many nephews, nieces, extended family and friends. Dora’s family would like to express their deepest gratitude to our family and friends that have extended their fellowship, prayers, and meals throughout her illness. Thank you also to Angel Bright Hospice for caring for her.
