Doris “Dee Dee” Hamilton, age 63 of Duquesne, Pennsylvania, passed away on Saturday, June 2, 2018. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on July 11, 1954, one of six children of Donald H. and Mary Lou (Ray) Hamilton. Dee Dee was an active member of the Duquesne Family Support Center and an avid volunteer and supporter of Duquesne youth athletics.

She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her 10 children, Daniel Hamilton, Glen Hamilton, Olive (Scott Hatten) Hamilton, Kevin Hamilton, Derrick Hamilton, Amanda Davis, Crystal Smith, Meredith Smith, Victoria Smith and Donnie Smith; 30 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and 5 siblings, Patricia Leatherwood, Donald A. Hamilton, Gloria Hamilton, Mary Carman and Jacqueline Mehrmann. Friends will be received in the Maloy-Schleifer Funeral Home, Inc., 915 Kennedy Avenue, Duquesne, Pennsylvania 412-466-3300 William B. Schleifer, Supervisor, William Brian Schleifer, Funeral Director, on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 PM. Dee Dee’s funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday at the conclusion of the visitation at 8 PM.

The Reverend Judi Slater of the First Presbyterian Church of Duquesne will be officiating.
