Doris’ Obituary Doris Jean O’Dell Knight, 77, of Davisville, WV passed away on April 29, 2019 at her residence. She was born January 26, 1942 in Premier, WV, the daughter of the late Duling and Edith O’Dell of Parkersburg, WV. She is survived by her son, Gerald (Debbie) Dickel of Mineral Wells; two grandsons, Zachary (Katie) Dickel of Vienna and Travis Dickel of Parkersburg; two brothers, Samuel (Eva) O’Dell and Edward (Margaret) O’Dell of Parkersburg; one sister, Margie (Eric) Flinn of Ravenswood; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is also survived by her first husband, William Dickel of Mineral Wells. In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her son, Raymond Scott Dickel; and her second husband, Kenneth Knight. Jean has donated her body to science.

There will be a memorial service at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 3, 2019 at the Sunrise Church of Christ on Rt. 47 with Evangelist Elvis Galbreath officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers you can make a donation to The American Cancer Society or The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
