Obituary for Mrs. Doris L. Alsandor Williams Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 732 N. Union Street, Opelousas, LA for Doris Louise Williams, 95, who entered eternal life on Saturday, December 1, 2018 in her residence surrounded by family and in the comfort care of Louisiana Hospice and Palliative Care. Interment will take place in Bellevue Memorial Park. Father Borgia Aubespin, SVD will officiate the Mass of Christian Burial.

Doris leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her legacy, son, Herman J. Williams, Jr. (Rhonda) of Lake Charles, LA and daughter Loretta Williams, (Benjamin) of Opelousas, LA, (7) seven grandchildren, (7) great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and special friends. Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband Herman J. Williams, Sr., her parents Anna and Anatole Alsandor, brothers, Joseph, Lawrence, Frank, John Mason and Roy Alsandor, one sister, Rose Belle Alsandor, and one son, Alan Curtis Williams. The family request visiting hours be observed on Friday, December 7, 2018 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:45 P.M. at Williams Funeral Home of Opelousas, LA, 817 E. South Street, 337.
