OBITUARY Doris Marie Swicegood June 10, 1941 – November 12, 2018 Doris Marie Swicegood June 10, 1941 – November 12, 2018 Doris passed away with her family at her side at the age of 77. She is survived by her brother Willard Warren of Oklahoma; sons John F. Swicegood and his wife Michelle Barnes of Denton, TX and James E. Swicegood and his wife Kat of Modesto, CA; seven grandchildren Justin, Kathleen, Hunter, Tanner and Parker Swicegood, Ashley Patterson of Ripon and Samantha Owens of Concord and one great granddaughter Paisleigh Vigil. Justin writes, “We were a team, and you will be forever loved and remembered with the fondest of memories.

You made my childhood the happiest time of my life, and helped shape me into the man I am today. Without you, my life would have been darker, lonelier and far less fulfilling. You’ve touched so many different lives in the best of ways, always wanting to help complete strangers, and always finding the time to brighten me and Kathleen’s lives.

Simple words will never ever be enough…I love you with all of my heart and soul, forever and ever”. There will be a visitation on Wednesday, November 14. 2018 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Lakewood Funeral Home – Riverside Building.
