Doris’ Obituary Doris M. Hammerstrom, 91. Passed away on May 18, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Everett.

Cherished mother of Steve, Sandra (Frank) Oliverio, James (Cora), Linda Brake and Frank (Kathi) Hammerstrom. Dearest grandmother of 20, Dear Great-grandmother of 70, and Great-Great grandmother of 21. She is also survived by loving sisters, Virginia Dittenber, Vivian Butler, Marie (John) Macfarlane, Darlene (Robert) Nelson, Jeanne (Louis) Lobbestael, one brother, Dave (Sally) Waatti with numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held Thursday, May 23, 3-8:00pm, at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home, 33603 Grand River Ave. , Farmington. Funeral service, Friday, May 24, 11:00 am, at The Old Apostolic Lutheran Church, 34100 Eight Mile Road, Farmington Hills.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Gary Sinise Foundation for veterans or to The Old Apostolic Lutheran Church, Farmington Hills.
