Obituary for Mrs. Doris Mary Hurney Doris Mary (Kack) Hurney, resident of Blaine, MN, formery of St. Leo, MN, passed away on Wednesday, September 19, 2018, surrounded by her family, at the age of 72. Doris was born in Canby, MN to Raymond and Ann (Weber) Kack and was the youngest of four children on October, 22, 1945. She eventually moved to Minneapolis, MN around 1968 and married her husband of nearly 50 years, William Hurney, on June 7th, 1969.

Doris dedicated her life to caring for her husband and two children. She enjoyed cleaning and organizing, Christmas shopping, playing cards and spending time with her eight grandchildren and many friends. Doris had the gift of gab.

She was very involved in Church and lived her life to worship and glorify God above all else. Doris will be greatly missed by her husband, William Hurney, her son and daughter, Tom (Heidi) Hurney, Carla (Jason) Laurich, her eight grandchildren, Payton Hurney (23), Josiah Hurney (21), Jonah Laurich (17), Caleb Laurich (15), Charis Hurney (11), Chloe Hurney (11), Levi Laurich (10), Malachi Laurich(7), and her siblings, Ralph (Ev) Kack, Jean (Alvin) Lozinski, Leon (Elaine) Kack. Doris is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Ann (Weber) Kack, her nephew, Jayson Lozinski, and her niece, Sheri (Kack) Krause.

Memorial service 4:00 PM Monday, September 24 at Meadow Creek Church, 3037 Bunker Lake Boulevard NW, Andover. Interment Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, Fort Ripley. www.
