Doris’ Obituary Doris Pearl (Carmen) Flury, 95, of Lansdale, PA; formerly of Telford, PA entered into rest on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at Abington-Lansdale Hospital. She was born in Belmont, Ohio to the late John Carmen and the late Edna (McDonald) Carmen. Doris was employed as a book binder for A. Pomerantz & Company in Philadelphia for more than 20 years.

She enjoyed traveling, going to Hawaii, bus trips with friends, playing Nintendo, and working on crafts. Doris was an independent, dedicated, devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother who was a good friend to everyone who met her. She is survived by her three daughters, Susan Elizabeth Cassell & husband, David of Center Square, PA, Pamela Jean Farrel & husband, Thomas of Colorado Springs, CO, Jo Ann Bonallo & husband, John of Lynnwood, WA; her son, Joseph Phillip Flury III & wife, Virginia of Hatfield, PA; her eight grandchildren – Melissa, Chris, Brian, Eric, Josh, Ian, Brandon, & Weston; and her five great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Doris was preceded in death by her former husband, Joseph Phillip Flury, Jr. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
