Obituary for Dorothy Dorothy K. Cudnik, age 89, of Wading River, NY formerly of Willowick, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2018 at home surrounded by family. She was born in Cleveland, on August 1, 1929. She was a cherished and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister who will be greatly missed by many.

Dorothy was proudly employed at Lake Hospital for over 15 years as a OB Nurse. Dorothy is survived by her children Jim (Ruth), David (Denice), and Jacquelynne (Tom, fiancé), her grandchildren Michael (Joanie), Brian, Jonathan (Beth Anne), Jennifer, Jessica, Brandon (Lindsay, fiancé), and Timothy, her great grandchildren Kassandra, Katherine, Abigail, Rebecca, and Susanna and sister Joyce (Alan) Kopper. She was preceded in death by her father Edmund Shields, mother Irene (Herbert) Herrell-Gollon loving and devoted husband of 66 years, Peter Cudnik and her son Timothy Cudnik.

Family and friends will be received from 4 to 8 PM on Friday, October 5, 2018 at the Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd. , Eastlake. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at St Mary Magdalene Church 32114 Vine St, Willowick, OH 44095.
