Dorothy was born in Locust Gap, Pennsylvania on April 8, 1925 to the late Raymond Minnich and the late Iola Minnich (nee: Newton); beloved wife of the late Ralph Sell; loving mother of David (Partner Steven) Sell, Jane (Karl) Kelby, and the late Barbara (Cliff) Hartin; dear sister of Nedwin (Pearl) Minnich of Delaware; beloved grandmother of Jessica, Kerinne, Brent, Heather, Zackary, and the late Lauren; also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
