OBITUARY Dorothy “Dottie” Ann Holden September 12, 1960 – July 16, 2018 Dorothy “Dottie” Holden, 57 of Supply went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday July 16, 2018. Dottie was born in Brunswick County on September 12, 1960 and was the daughter of the late Franklin and Madoline McRoy Varnam. She was a devoted Christian and was faithful in service to others and loving others.

She enjoyed gardening, couponing and fresh water fishing. She was a perfect wife to her husband of 39 years Greg Holden. They were married August 12, 1979 ; a devoted mother to her daughters, Tara Holden and Tonya Holden of Supply; three brothers, Freddie Hayes, Sonny Hayes , Jeremie Varnam (Katy) all of Supply; a sister, Marie Drayton of Rocky Point; a special nephew, Noah Varnam; two very special little men in her life, Nathan Cumbee and Colton Bowman and many extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday July 21, 2018 at three o’clock in the afternoon at Mt. Olive Baptist Church with Reverend Anthony Clemmons officiating. Interment will follow in the Sweet Heavenly Home Cemetery, Stone Chimney Road, Supply.

Pallbearers will be Daniel Richardson, Nicholas Williams, Freddie Fulford, Mike Fulford, Mike Bowman, Jeremy Parker. Friends are invited to a time of visitation with the family at Mt. Olive Baptist Church one hour prior to the service.
